Brightmore at Wellen Park

Brightmore is Wellen Park’s first active-adult neighborhood, in Venice, Florida. It is built for buyers 55 and over who want resort-style amenities and a social calendar without maintaining a large lot. Homes here are a different purchase from the family neighborhoods across the park: age restriction, HOA, and CDD all have to be checked before you write.

Wellen Realty is not the builder. We compare Brightmore resales and new construction with the rest of Wellen Park, including the drive to Downtown Wellen, CoolToday Park, and the Gulf beaches.
